Today, my guest post is about charming light-filled rooms. I hope you enjoy it.

The white floors dressed in high gloss reflect the light streaming from the floor to ceiling windows. Modern furnishings play nicely off the period architecture of the space. This is my favorite of all of the rooms pictured here.

A light-filled living room is decorated in smaller scale furnishings which create a whimsical feel. Even the artwork is petit.

How sweet is this lovely dining area with its row of tall windows, crystal light fixture and tiny white chairs.

Another all white space is illuminated with sunshine from the tall walls of windows. What a lovely place to sit and read!

This charming bedroom, with its four poster bed and feminine linens, would make waking up in the morning a wonderful experience. I especially love the calming sage green hues.

French doors let the light flow through this sweet little kitchen. The dark wood cabinetry and island play nicely with the high white of the counters and walls.

A long morning soak in this Victorian tub would be delightful! The crystal and brass light fixture must cast a sparkle at nighttime.

An inviting entry full of light greets guests and family alike. The decorative stair railing is a nice touch, too.
